How long does it take for the therapist to arrive?
Core Taipei Areas「Wanhua, Datong, Zhongzheng, Zhongshan, Da’an, Songshan, Xinyi」：Typically arrives within 20-40 minutes after booking.
Greater Taipei & New Taipei City「Shilin, Beitou, Neihu, Nangang, Wenshan, Banqiao, Yonghe, Zhonghe, Sanchong, Luzhou」：Typically arrives within 30-60 minutes after booking.
Outlying Districts「Wugu, Taishan, Linkou, Tamsui, Tucheng, Xizhi, Xindian, etc.」：Typically arrives within 45-90 minutes after booking.

We are available 24/7, year-round. Whether it is late at night, early morning, or a public holiday, services can be arranged with an advance booking.
Payment Methods?
We primarily accept Cash Payment, collected by the therapist upon arrival. If you require Online Transfer or WeChat Pay, you must "inform us in advance" during booking and receive confirmation from customer service.
Therapists cannot accompany you to an ATM or wait for you to go out and withdraw cash. Please ensure you have the cash ready beforehand.
What do I need to prepare before the appointment?
You only need to provide a private, comfortable space with a bed「or yoga mat」. Our therapists provide professional essential oils and lotions. We recommend preparing your own large and small towels; however, if these are unavailable, the therapist will adjust to ensure the service proceeds smoothly.
Cancellation or Change Policy?
We operate on a real-time dispatch system. If a "Last-Minute Cancellation" or "Request to Change Therapist" occurs after the therapist has "already departed" or "arrived on-site," a Basic Travel Fee of NT$500 will be charged to compensate the therapist for their time and transportation costs.
Privacy and Confidentiality?
We hold your privacy in the highest regard：
- Therapists arrive in plain casual clothes with no external branding or logos.
- Booking data is used exclusively for the current contact and will never be shared or used for marketing.
- Therapists are strictly prohibited from disclosing client information in any public setting.
